Villa Deninfeld is a modern, detached vacation home with a central but quiet location in the middle of Neukirchen.

The house with 175m² living space, distributed on 2 floors offers space for 8 adults + 2 children. Here you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the beautiful mountains of the Pinzgau. On the first floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen with 2 dining tables (seating for 8 and 4 people) and the spacious and cozy living room with a Danish stove and direct access to the terrace and garden.

You have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms at your disposal, of which bedroom 1 offers a private bathroom with shower, bathtub and separate toilet. On the upper floor there is another bathroom with shower and toilet. This bathroom is located between a triple room and a double room and is accessible from both rooms.

• Bedroom 1: has 1 double bed and 1 single bed with access to the balcony and a private bathroom with shower, bathtub and separate WC.
• Bedroom 2: has 1 double bed and 1 single bed with access to the balcony and a small bathroom with shower/WC, which is also used by bedroom 3.
• Bedroom 3: has 1 double bed and a small sitting, sleeping area which can be used as a small extra bed on request. The bathroom is located in the middle of bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 and is accessible from both rooms.
• Bedroom 4: very small room with french bed, which is located on the first floor. This room shares one of the 2 bathrooms on the second floor. An additional toilet is located on the first floor.

The house has 2 parking spaces and its own garden with a cozy terrace. The distance to the valley station of the Wildkogel lifts, to the adjacent cross-country ski trail as well as to recommended restaurants and the village center is no more than 350m.

In summer there are opportunities for hiking, mountain biking and normal cycling tours, for example on the Tauern Cycle Path. This vacation home is the ideal starting point for your undertakings in summer and winter.
